Be gentle to Russians in Kiev and the West

Don't take someone as a saboteur to be shot just because he is a Russian on Ukrainean territory - there were quite a number before the invasion, and they aren't all for Putin, yet - I hope.

Don't push them over into his arms.

PS, I obviously mean civilians, not planes trying to bomb Kyiv!
