Points I did not know:
- 6 % of those deported have a violent criminal record, 65 % no criminal record at all
- as ICE agents need not identify themselves, actual criminals are using the status to do actual harm (other than deporting, obviously)
- that we would so soon see a parallel to masks during the Covid emergency, as per previous point and mask duty makes it easier for criminals to approach too.
