I can also say, as close to two medical practitioners, I did not want to hasard an opinion of my own on the existence or not of that kind of disease, but I have searched and so far not found any genetic disease leading to the victims getting skinny and starving despite the presence of adequate food. I saw several video captions about a disease, genetic, leading to constant hunger. The images didn't show skinny people, so I suppose it doesn't emaciate you./HGL
