The Blessed Trinity is a mystery.
We do NOT know how it works, how it looks like from the inside. In our sense experience all observed beings are finite, and all beings are either one person or no person at all. A stone is no person at all. A man named Stone (or Steen or Peter or Cephas or even Caiaphas) is one person, but no more. God is an Infinite Being, and Trinity means one being is three persons. We have not seen how it looks like and cannot explain it by any mechanism.
But we can see what Trinity implies. One of them, apart from Christianity being true, is "God is love".
Let's distinguish what God is in Himself and what God is in relation to Creation. The distinction may not be one God finds important, since anything He does in relation to Creation is from His Being, but it is one that is useful to our minds.
He that loveth not, knoweth not God: for God is charity.
[1 John 4:8]
If an attribute of God is so important that imitating it is vital to knowing God, it means that it is God's Being, not just a thing He takes on in relation to Creation.
So, how does Trinity relate to this?
Each Person is God. Each person is therefore inifinite and therefore unavoidable. The Three Persons have no possibility of avoiding each other. They cannot be indifferent to each other, since indifference always comes with either physical and local or at least mental avoidance. If indifference is ruled out, love and hate are the only options.
But hate is also impossible. A perfect Being may hate something imperfect, like God hating a lying tongue. An imperfect being may hate a Perfect Being, like Satan hating God. Two imperfect beings may hate each other, either because they are too different and hate the imperfections or perfections in each other that they don't have, or because they are too like and therefore don't complement each other enough. If a macho and a tomboy marry, they may hate each other about who is to do the household chores. But two Perfect Beings or rather two Persons of a Perfect Being cannot hate each other.
Each is perfectly and infinitely sensitive to perfection. Each is perfect enough to be object of that sensitivity. The Father and the Son have to Love each other. The Holy Spirit is that love, and loves both and is loved by both. Nothing can hinder that once Trinity is true.
Why is not God equally Justice? God is just, so why not justice?
Justice is a kind of residual minimalistic love, that takes over when full and generous love is not available for the moment. The tomboy and the macho may agree on household chores being divided on gender roles, despite the tomboy getting a bit worse of that, they may also say "I do Mondays and you do Tuesdays even weeks, you do Mondays and I do Tuesdays odd weeks" for some chore like the dishes. Either arrangement is an attempt of justice. The minimal coming to the aid of a love which would otherwise tend to falter.
God cannot fail to love God, the Persons all infinitely love Each Other. There is no room for such minimalism between them.
There is only room for justice between creature and creature and between God and creature. Because only the creature is imperfect enough that two of them or even one in relation to God could fall back from perfect love to mere justice. Hence, Justice is NOT a name for God. God is however just, in relation to creatures:
And the Lord hath watched upon the evil, and hath brought it upon us: the Lord our God is just in all his works which he hath done: for we have not hearkened to his voice.
[Daniel 9:14]
That kind of inattention is impossible between the Three Divine Persons.
The works of God are perfect, and all his ways are judgments: God is faithful and without any iniquity, he is just and right.
[Deuteronomy 32:4]
Here we are explicitly reminded of "works" and "ways" namely creatures and how He deals with them. Also, God is not only just, He is just AND right. So, there is more to God than justice.
