Mine was partly spoiled by some factors, but just after it ended and I got to a cyber, I saw the erroneous and actually probably heretical "Ascended Beyond Space and Time" by one "HENRY KARLSON".

Christ has not ceased to have a body and the fact it is spiritual does not mean it is not corporeal.

As to "not corporeal" check this:

And since it is a body, it needs place and time to exist.

CMI on Church Fathers and Geocentrism or Geostasis

I had earlier given an answer to CMI's "refuting absolute geocentrism".*

It was mainly an answer on the scientific points. Here is an answer to the Patristic point, which they began to state like this:

The Church Fathers : However, it is not quite fair for modern geocentrists to quote the early Church Fathers in support. The few Church Fathers who discussed the issue were geocentrists. However, it is not quite fair for modern geocentrists to quote the early Church Fathers in support.

The following four reasons will be given separately and answered each in turn:

First,

all the pagans of their day also supported geocentrism, so the Church Fathers just reflected common sense, common contemporary scientific ideas, or common use of language. They were hardly making a principled theological opposition to geokineticism.

All the Pagans, Jews and Church Fathers. Lower down, CMI discusses whether Geokinetism or Heliocentrism was reflecting Pagan errors.

Reflecting common sense is not a bad thing.

According to Council of Trent, the unanimity of Church Fathers is enough to be a theologically principled point in itself.

Why would they be that?

Why would the Bible be inerrantly available to only Hebrews in this time?

Were all Church Fathers discussing geocentrism also discussing raqia / stereoma / firmamentum?

How many of the ones who discussed both were drawing explicit conclusions from this?

If they weren't, even if the translations stereoma and firmamentum were faulty (not granted** on my part), why would this be relevant for their geostatic views?

their geocentrism was Ptolemaic Geocentrism, while modern geocentrists actually hold the Tychonian (or Tychonic) hybrid geo-heliocentrist view (see below). Since no Church Father held this modern view, how can one quote them in support?

Ptolemaic Geocentrism is only the case for the ones who held a Greek world view, those who considered or who have been thought to consider the Earth Flat certainly preferred a Hebrew one (if not OT, at least emerging in early Talmudic times) which is incompatible with Ptolemaic Geocentrism.

Furthermore, key sentences are indeed common to both or all three systems.

Fourth,

the first genuinely intellectual challenge to absolute geocentrism came from devout adherents to a broadly biblical world view.

For that reason it appears that nothing physical which sense-experience sets before our eyes, or which necessary demonstrations prove to us, ought to be called in question (much less condemned) upon the testimony of biblical passages which may have some different meaning beneath their words. For the Bible is not chained in every expression to conditions as strict as those which govern all physical effects; nor is God any less excellently revealed in Nature's actions than in the sacred statements of the Bible. Perhaps this is what Tertullian meant by these words: “We conclude that God is known first through Nature, and then again, more particularly, by doctrine; by Nature in His works, and by doctrine in His revealed word.” (5)

So, he was a proponent of NOMa, Non-Overlapping Magisteria.

It seemed he could not defend his position without it.

CMI rightly condemns NOMa.

Also, the article does not involve any discussion of Distant Starlight problem, to which Geocentrism and less important distances is a very elementary problem solver, if available. One commenter brought it up and Robert Carter redirected him to the Chapter 5 of The Creation Answers Book, which very correctly refutes the "starlight created in transit" by reference to novas, but then tries to solve the problem by relativity.

Which is if available at all at least a very much less direct and elementary answer than smaller (not really small, except compared to God) universe and this implying one step in cosmic distance ladder being wrong, and the step in cosmic distance ladder involving parallax as distance measure by presuming heliocentrism is a fair candidate.

Bon, soit on comprend qu'il s'agit de liens vers des blogs (je préfère ne pas dire "adresses" parce que ça pourrait donner l'impression qu'il s'agisse de boîtes à lettres, ce qui n'est pas le cas, c'est pour lire en ligne, pas pour me rejoindre). Soit on ne le comprend pas. Le pire, c'est imaginer que c'est une mauvaise orthographe pour "j'ai faim" ce qui n'est pas forcément le cas chaque fois que je fais la manche.

Mais insister de me dire et redire qu'on ne comprend rien, c'est incivique, surtout envers quelqu'un qui a peut-être trop peu dormi, et pas suffisamment eu de café après. Il y a un "meme" américain "I haven't had my coffee yet, don't make me kill you".

Me demander à changer le texte du panneau revient à me demander de ne pas annoncer ces blogs.

Imaginez que vous voudriez faire un blog sur le thème "la vie est belle".

Imaginez que votre compte de blog serait "hautetfort".

En théorie vous pourriez faire l'adresse "lavieestbelle.hautetfort.com". Mais quelqu'un d'autre pourrait déjà y avoir pensé, donc cette adresse serait déjà prise.

Attention, les deux URL ne vont pas au même blog. La premier au blog d'un autre, le deuxième au vôtre.

Ensuite, un troisième voudra faire un blog sur hautetfort sur ce thème, et "lavieestbelle" comme "la-vie-est-belle" sont déjà pris.

En mon cas, je pourrais alors prendre un peu d'aides des abréviatures médiévales (comme nov9blogg9 = nov⁹ blogg⁹ = novus bloggus).

Then he adresses her main point, saying that as per Psalm 139 "you knit me together in my mother’s womb" and as per Luke 1 "When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb," the not yet born are human. He also cites Isaiah, twice. Read him, it's well worth it.

She had another point about Pharisees.

Like many modernist Protestants, she considers the fault of Pharisees to have been legalism. On that view, they were (unlike Jews today) disciples of Shammai, Our Lord was (like Jews today) in the line with Hillel.

But when we see what Our Lord said about divorce, He seems rather Shammai on that point. Perhaps the Pharisees were rather Hillel, as Jews are today? If so, part of their ways with Our Lord would have been to "prove to him" that Shammai observance was impossible, and that therefore He should join their Hillelism.

And if so, the burdens - Luke 11:46 - would be referring to that type of paedagogics. Or to Hillelism also being a burden - to those less fortunate.

Haydock comment has no comment on verse 46, but it has one on verse 52:

Ver. 52. You have taken away the key of knowledge. A comparison of a master that locks others out. As if Christ said: you pretend, as masters and teachers, to open and expound the law and the prophets; and by your false doctrine and interpretations, you neither observe the law, nor permit others to observe it. See Matt. xxiii. 13. Wi.

The key of knowledge is faith; for by faith we come to the knowledge of truth, according to that of Isaiah, How shall they understand, if they have not believed? Cap. vii, (according to Septuagint) these doctors of the law took away the key of science, by not allowing the people to believe in Christ. S. Cyril ex D. Thoma.

Wi. = bishop Witham. He did not consider Pharisees too exacting about fulfilling the law, but "by your false doctrine and interpretations, you neither observe the law, nor permit others to observe it".

S. Cyril ex D. Thoma = Saint Cyril ex Divo Thoma = Saint Cyril of Jerusalem or Saint Cyril of Carthage from the Catena Aurea or Golden Chain by Saint Thomas Aquinas.

In other words, St. Cyril also considered them, not as legalists, but as unbelievers. As they were not straightout atheists or polytheists, he obviously means heretics.

Back in Clinton's Time, a Girl of Twelve Married

I read it in a girls' magazine in Sweden back then, and no, the reason I was reading it was not wanting to be girly, it was wanting to know girls better than I would by reading men's magazines.

Anyway, the story as I recall it is this, a girl in South Carolina of 12 hated school, and found a way to quit school legally, by marrying a man.

She picked an old man. In the interview she said "it's not too bad, just some kissing" (he might have been too old to go further than that). Not precisely how one usually imagines marriage, but she might have found he had some virility left when a bit later she wanted it. If not, she was at least widowed soon enough.

Anyway, Bill Clinton, a somewhat perverted man according to the Lewinsky story, was shocked. He said, it would not longer be allowed to do so anywhere in the union. Years later when I was into a US girl residing in South Carolina, I found the marital age there was 16, so I presume Clinton kept this promise to Puritans.

I have been against this raising of the marital age, and I have been targetted as a potential (or even actual) pedophile (whatever that means, it's Greek to me) over it.

Meanwhile, it seems while the targetting of "pedophiles" is supposed to keep children and young adults (sometimes mislabelled children) "safe", they are not quite so:

But this straight-A student was obviously, at 15, "too young to marry," right?

An average person of 15 probably wants sex. In a calm society, no rock and roll, no overfeeding, a person of 15 could perhaps wait a few years to marriage, while already having chosen the beau or the belle. When I was 14, I dreamt of making love declarations to a girl, then her finding this touching, then us engaging, then us marrying at 18. I did not dream of getting to bed with her at once.

But I was denied that with some brutality. Her seducer who later dumped her took his time to brag about the seduction and put me down on the ground when I tried to hit him. I am glad Debbie was saved. I would not be glad if she was further traumatised by those saving her, if she should find a decent guy, by being torn from him just because she isn't whatever is the legal age in her state. With more 15 years olds married, fewer would be available for targetting by such criminal networks.

This is not a publicity for Russia, where legal age everywhere is 18, since Russian revolution, US at least has some states with 16 and some states with derogations under 16 under special circumstances. US was obviously even better before Clinton.

Notons, menu et Capri-Sun était mon choix par rapport à un chèque resto. En achetant pour monnaie, j'aurais eu un repas moins cher et moins calorique.

Je ne suis pas Musulman, je ne veux pas suivre les coutumes de leur Ramadan, et l'aumône alimentaire doit être libre à réfuser, d'un côté parce que c'est pas correct de dire "si on fait la manche pour autre chose que de manger, c'est malhonnête" comme certains peut-être font, et de l'autre côté, même si c'était correct, ajouter "quelqu'un assis avec bagage en rue ou ruelle fait la manche" n'est pas une interprétation correcte pour celui qui manque de domicile.

Et quand j'ai expliqué ça, j'étais raciste et n'aimait pas les Arabes.

Avec une digestion comme ça, on peut me prendre pour alcoolique ayant trop bu.

Et avec ça, certains, encore une fois, pas tous entre eux sont Musulmans, et ce ne sont pas tous les Musulmans qui le font, on peut recommencer cette charade de "charité bien ordonnée".

Ceux qui me rendent les plus amers ne sont pas les Musulmans. La BU de Nanterre a drastiquement réduit mon temps d'internet, j'avais une heure ce matin, dépensée en deux articles vite faits:

Les Musulmans qui m'ont demandé trois ou quatre fois ce qu'il faudrait pour que je sorte de la rue ... vous croyez qu'ils m'aideraient vraiment à répandre mes idées, même une sélection d'articles qu'ils trouveraient acceptable quant à la sélection, tant que je reste Chrétien? Donc, c'est envers des amis Chrétiens que je suis en davantage d'amertume, même si les Musulmans et leurs homologues (je disais aux enfants "et des Français qui vous imitent" et ils disaient "non, c'est nous qui imitons les Français") me font suffisamment de mal pour me mettre en colère pour plusieurs jours.

Un peu de revue de presse

• 1) LaCroix il y a quelques jours et une semaine, une écrivaine s'était trompée sur le Danemark en deux particuliers:

Mark Shea confusing two matters

• Whether Incarnation would have happened without any need for redeeming Adam's sin?
• Whether Redemption was a payment by Crucifixion precisely for Adam's sin and for ours?

To the first question, would God have been man, St Thomas says no and St Bonaventura yes to even if Adam had not sinned, St Bonaventura arguing, it would have happened anyway to ennoble the human race.

To the second question, check session 6 of Trent, as cited via Catholic Encyclopedia:

"Whence it came to pass, that the Heavenly Father, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1, 3), when that blessed fullness of the time was come (Galatians 4:4) sent unto men Jesus Christ, His own Son who had been, both before the Law and during the time of the Law, to many of the holy fathers announced and promised, that He might both redeem the Jews, who were under the Law and that the Gentiles who followed not after justice might attain to justice and that all men might receive the adoption of sons. Him God had proposed as a propitiator, through faith in His blood (Romans 3:25), for our sins, and not for our sins only, but also for those of the whole world (I John ii, 2)."

So, when God is "propitius", He is eager to come to us. When Christ (the God-Man in human highest dignity of king, priest and prophet) is propitiator, He makes God so.

Here is a citation from Mc Cabe, via Mark Shea:

"So my thesis is that Jesus died of being human. His very humanity meant that he put up no barriers, no defences against those he loved who hated him. He refused to evade the consequences of being human in our inhuman world. So the cross shows up our world for what it really is, what we have made it. It is a world in which it is dangerous, even fatal, to be human; a world structured by violence and fear. The cross shows that whatever may be remedied by this or that political or economic change, there is a basic wrong, persistent through history and through all progress: the rejection of the love that casts out fear, the fear that without the backing of terror, at least in the last resort, human society and thus human life cannot exist. The cross, then, unmasks or reveals the sin of the world. (p. 97)"

Taking apart the false theory of penal substitutionary atonement

In this theory, God would be made propitius towards us in what exact sense?

Unmasking human evil to God is not needed since He is omniscient, and is also not exactly apt to propitiate Him. One could argue, seeing the Son helpless on the Cross propitiates Him towards every helpless victim of human evil.

But Adam was not a helpless victim of previously existing human evil, he was a consenting victim to his wife's disobedience, or covictim with her, and she was a consenting and not totally helpless victim of Satan's guile.

This other theory, not Mc Cabe's but my para-Cabe, would therefore leave him out of atonement, whereas tradition says Christ going down went to take both Adam and Eve by the hands and raise them from the misery into which they had gotten themselves, exclusion from Heaven, as extant even to just men up to Crucifixion (Henoch and Elijah were and perhaps still are not living in Heaven properly, but one of the heavens, well below the pearly gates in space), and therefore a correct understanding of atonement cannot stand on my para-Cabe, because it leaves out Adam from redemption.

Again, this view of redemption means the victims of human evil are redeemed and the perpetrators damned as if Christ had never died for them.

This is also false, since forgiveness is offered to horrible evil-doers. Killing God (insofar as it lay in their hands, that is not quite so) is a very horrible offense, and therefore Christ would not have died for those crucifying him. This para-Cabe therefore leaves out the then Jews and Romans (with those sympathising with their act?) and at least some dictators and murderers and rapists and some more from the offer of redemption. Ergo, this view is not possible either on this ground.

So, Christ cannot have unmasked human evil to God the Father Who already knew all about it, excluding this understanding of Mc Cabe, and He cannot have unmasked human helplessness before evils of others either, because as just said that would leave out from redemption those who did evil without being just victims. Also, God already knew about human helplessness and therefore did not need God-as-Man to "rub it in", excluding my own best try to make sense of it.

Other version of what Mc Cabe could have meant by "unmasking human evil" is unmasking human evil to us.

Yes, the Crucifixion really does that, it reveals our sins needed Christ to die on a Cross to fully pay for them. So, the Crucifixion is pædagogic in helping to convert us. However, we are not supposed to be "propitii" towards God, but to be God-fearing and God-loving from all our heart. Therefore this conversion of us is something other than the propitiation. It helps us profit from propitiation, but it is not propitiation.

So, while Crucifixion unmasks human evil to us, therefore converts us, this is one reason why God chose this mode of propitiation, but it is not what propitiation consists in.

So, Mc Cabe cannot as far as I see argue Crucifixion unmasks human evil to God, therefore propitiating Him, and certainly cannot say Crucifixion unmasking human evil to ourselves is what makes it propitiatory of God. Therefore, arguing with Mc Cabe Crucifixion unmasking human evil is why it is propitiatory is false. And arguing it is why Crucifixion was chosen (as mode of propitiation) is something other than arguing wherein Crucifixion is propitiatory.

In fact, the theory of Mc Cabe doesn't square with the definition by Council of Trent.

Now, the funny or sad thing, at least ironic thing, is, Mark Shea is elsewhere considering assent to Fr. Aidan Nichols OP as bowing to a magisterium alternative to Rome. One irony is, assent to Mc Cabe is bowing to a magisterium clearly alternative to and not assenting with Trent. One other is of course, Mc Cabe is not trying to explain Council of Trent was not magisterial, but Fr. Aidan Nichols is very much trying to explain that "Pope" Francis is not magisterial. Therefore, that assent to him is not to a "magisterium alternative to the Pope" but to magisterium of previous Popes condemning a non-Pope.

In fact, SSPX is arguing* that this open letter by Fr. Aidan Nichols is a "third step" from 1) a private letter just after Amoris Laetitia, 2) the Filial Correction. In other words, that the considering of "Pope Francis" as a heretic is a procedure analogous to the procedures when superiors, ultimately Popes, consider an inferior as a heretic. I'd argue it is not so. We cannot judge the Pope as Pope, but we can judge a non-Pope as heretic and therefore non-Pope. And that this recognition is only a canonic act if there is a real canonic POpe or at least Council doing such judging, in other cases, it is a so to speak pre-canonic prudential judgement. One from which it follows one does not regard him as Pope, asks if someone else is, and if not how the Church can have a Pope again. Which is what Pope Michael** did when still layman in 1990 or a few months before, when convoking the emergency conclave. Therefore I hold the procedure of Pope Michael is better than that of Fr. Aidan Nichols. However, the then layman David Bawden was of course aware that 1986 showed someone previous to "Pope Francis" and by many presumed to be Pope as heretic or apostate if knowing sufficient, or as schismatic if not. Visit to Synagogue and Assisi prayer meeting were huge no-nos. This Fr. Aidan Nichols is not dealing with.

And I wonder exactly how Mc Cabe's explanation would have motivated the steps by Wojtyla which by traditional Catholic theology were forbidden.

Dans une lettre envoyée par la poste à leur adresse, je viens d'évoquer que je suis arrivé à Paris il y a bientôt dix ans.

Ces dix ans, ça fera 3652 jours, dix fois 365 et encore 2 pour deux jours bissextiles.

Depuis presque le début, il y a des gens qui savent que j'écris et que je compose de la musique.

Et qui ont été ou dû être au courant que je souhaite avoir mes écrits en version livres imprimés pour en toucher un revenu et mes compositions jouées pour en toucher un revenu.

Certainement, la moyenne des gens qui l'ont su a bel et bien dépassé 10, et donc 10 personnes par jour pendant ce temps, ça a bel et bien eu au moins 30 000 opportunités, sinon de m'imprimer ou de me jouer, au moins de transmettre à quelqu'un qui pourrait le faire.

Je reste dans la rue.

Peut-être, perfidement, ils ont, au lieu de ça, trouvé "quel arrogance d'un sdf de vouloir être écrivain et compositeur" et peut-être l'ont-ils transmis à des gens qui évaluent des choses comme l'arrogance plutôt que la bonté des textes ou des mélodies.

Ce qui expliquerait aussi la manque de réponse de l'Archevêché. Ils auraient pu transmettre cette lettre aussi dans des mains comme .... ça.

Notons, j'ai aussi demandé qu'ils transmettent mon courriel à St Nicolas du Chardonnet et aux Sédévacantistes à la proximité de Square Montholon.

Pas de réponse de là non plus.

J'ai pas envie d'y aller pour voir un prêtre qui me dit "courage" avant d'avoir entendu mon propos, ou de suite après de l'avoir entendu sans avoir pris une seconde de mettre mon propos à une quelle-conque sérieuse épreuve comme de m'envoyer un mail énumérant les positions qui leur semblent (si ce serait le problème) aberrantes et de me donner par là l'occasion d'envoyer les liens vers les articles dans lesquels je les ai exprimées et défendues.

Ou de m'envoyer un mail disant que si j'ai écrit quelque chose ils ignorent quoi et de me demander un exemple - ce que je pourrais facilement faire en répondant à un mail. Me dire "courage" et observer mon chagrin encore une fois, ce n'est par contre pas une épreuve sérieuse.

Alors, peut-être il y en a qui se disent que de toute manière mes blogs seraient peu lus. C'est une position qui se défend assez bien en France ... puisqu'on fait exprès de moins me lire ici et d'empêcher des gens d'ici de me lire, que je suis lu ailleurs. Pour ce blog, par les donnés de samedi, la France était le quatrième pays derrière Ukraine, États-Unis et Russie, avec une chute notable, d'au-dessus de 1000 à sous 300. Dans le mois passé. Pour l'autre blog évoqué dans les statistiques ici-bas, la France était troisième des petits pays, après deux grands, Italie et États-Unis, autour de 1000, et France moins que 200.

Et c'est en France que j'annonce mes blogs, c'est ici que je me trouve.

If you add 442 to 224, it arguably says more of Ground Control to Major Tom than about his own eternal fate. That said, some issues look a bit bleak.

But arguably God wouldn't have wasted a coincidence like that just because Ground Control to Major Tom is bad music. There would need to be sth worse either in the text or in the overall phenomenon the text refers to. Notes being uncomfortable is an added warning signal, not the basic issue.

And Ground Control to Major Tom is about rocketry, and I think it has a bad side.

Basically, in Roddenberry's vision, once space was colonised, Christianity, Islam and arguably Orthodox Rabbinic Judaism would be things of the past. "Archaic modes of thought" as some say. Watching Star Trek (the original franchise) was living this vision of the future in advance. Now add 580 to 36.

How do we know this is his view? Because he insisted that Starship Enterprise should have no chaplain.

Those who have already read my story Year 10 950 ARC (After Rocket Crash) will know I don't believe in colonising space any more than in radiation plus spider bite in a lab giving you spider powers. I have more credulity about Dracula (and not that much either) than about Spidey, and more credulity about Orcs than about Warp Drive.

I also think - as some readers may also know - that the tower Nimrod was trying to build was a rocket - it would have had three steps and above them a top meant to reach deep space.

In other words, Nimrod was trying to reach heaven by rocketry. And that's not like getting there by a humble Christian life or a glorious martyr's death, like that of St. Thomas More.

The problem isn't he thought heaven is a place - it is, the risen body of Christ is there, our risen bodies will be there if we are saved, but that he thought a body still mortal, not yet resurrected, could live there.

Plus it was absolutely not needed as a refuge against a second Flood, God already promised there wasn't coming one.

The scene in Ground Control to Major Tom* seems to have as a backstory the colonisation of space as in the belief Earth "won't be enough for mankind" - but it will.

J'avais déjà signalé en 2005 que les Musulmans ont du potentiel à devenir quasiment nouveaux Cristeros - sans le vrai Christ, hélas - à propos les banlieux embrasés, si on les provoque.

J'avais déjà signalé que pour Merah - qui n'a pas pu être entendu devant le parquet, et sur les mobiles duquel on peut spéculer - pourrait avoir compté moins une conviction islamique rigide et davantage une jalousie sociale dynamique, genre les Juifs peuvent avoir leurs écoles hors contrat, les Musulmans moins.

Et, je ne suis pas totalement contre, ce serait mieux d'être Chrétiens, mais, en absence de ceci, ce n'est pas moi qui combattrai les yechivot et leur droit de former des professeurs d'écoles sous ou hors contrat.

La France vient de se ranger dans un délire (institutionnel, je ne prétend pas être psychiatre à propos pathologies individuelles) de l'hystérie communiste contre les fondamentalismes. Et les Musulmans en Isère en pâtissent.

• Une chose visiblement moderne prônerait une malaise chez ceux qui ne peuvent pas les églises modernes. (Ceux qui ne peuvent pas les églises gothiques - sont-ils Catholiques? Il y a de toute manière déjà d'autres églises pour eux).
  
  
• Une structure moderne peut être testée comme très stable en soi - mais pas pendant des siècles, comme l'architecture gothique. Mais en plus, elle n'a pas été testé en combinaison avec des éléments de structure gothiques. Qu'on se souvienne du pont à Gênes (je pense) : on vient de dire que la chute était déjà prévisible.
  
  
• Il y a des théories sur Macron qui circulent. C'est peut-être la tâche d'un autre, mais pas de moi de se faire "truther" à propos Macron. Par contre, s'il insiste d'y ajouter une chose moderne, ça pourrait très facilement et même raisonnablement alimenter ce genre de théories. Rome a brûlé et il a poussé la culpabilité sur les Chrétiens à paroles "incendiaires", mais lui c'est la coupable, à cause de ses ambitions de changer l'architecture de Rome.
  
  Il y a bien-sûr d'autres que Macron qui pourraient avoir des ambitions pareil.

Donc, ça fonctionne.

Un objet qui est d'origine organique et qui a de nos jours 86,133 – 86,164 % du taux actuel de carbone 14 (ou celui corrigé pour le léger décalage de l'industrialisme) est donc environs 1234 ans vieux. 785 AD. Car en 785 AD, le taux de carbone 14 était à « la constante » préindustrielle.

A-t-on une fois eu un taux de carbone 14 dans l'atmosphère qui était 86,15 % du taux actuel ? Alors, les objets ayant pris leur carbone de cette atmosphère auront eu un « âge » apparent immédiat de 1234 ans. Et ceci est le taux que je pense avoir eu (ou plutôt* 85,811 pcm - % de carbone moderne) l'atmosphère aux temps de Genèse 14 – ou un peu plus tard. D'où un an réel 1935 av. J.-Chr. daté par carbone 14 à 3200 av. J.-Chr. ou même daté à 3500 av. J.-Chr. Car, les objets du temple calcholithique d'En-Geddi (en Genèse 14 appelé Asazon-Tamar) ont été « sauvés » en des tapis de roseau datés à 3500 av. J.-Chr. – et dès par là, Genèse 13 devait avoir eu lieu dans un Égypte avant le tombeau de Menes ou Hor Aha daté à env. 3200 av. J.-Chr.

Et quand l'atmosphère avait juste 50 % de carbone 14 moderne, alors les objets l'ayant respirée avaient un « âge » immédiat de 5730 ans, ce qui était le cas un peu après Babel (si j'ai raison que c'est en Göbekli Tepe), et « l'âge immédiat » de 11 460 ans au niveau de 25 % carbone moderne se trouvait entre le Déluge et Babel, donc pendant la vie restante de Noé. Un peu après le temps d'où provient la date carbonique de Mungo man en Australie. (Notons, la date de 40 000 ou 45 000 ans n'est pas carbonique mais repose sur une autre méthode, thermoluminescence).

Et par quel moyen mathématique le chercheur peut-il différentier entre âges réels et niveaux bas par rapport à dégradation d'un côté, et de l'autre un « âge » immédiat ? Justement, il n'y a pas dans la méthode carbone 14 et ses mathématiques en elles-mêmes, il faut aller à des calibrations qui indiquent les dates indépendamment des niveaux de carbone 14. Et là, l'Uniformitarien va faire appel à d'autres calibrations que moi, il va prétendre que le taux de carbone 14 ait été constant pendant les dernier 100 000 ans, ou grosso modo. Et il va l'appuyer sur des méthodes de calibration qui pour des temps très reculés sont en partie interdépendants avec des datations carboniques et en partie incertaines pour d'autres raisons. Pour AD 785 on a tous les deux confiance en l'histoire (je ne suis pas du tout récentiste par rapport au Moyen âge). Par contre, comme créationniste, je préfère cette même méthode aussi pour les dates de Genèse 11, Genèse 14. Donc, ma calibration (également en principe indépendant de carbone 14 et en mon cas elle l'est pour de vrai), c'est la chronologie biblique.
