Nagorno-Karabakh ... a Proposal, that Might Not Work
Neither Armenia, nor Azerbaidjan.
Nagorno-Karabakh / Karvachar.
Christian and Armenian capital : Stepanokert.
Muslim and Azeri capital : Baku.
Overall united capital : Shushi / Shusha.
The problem : both Armenia and Azerbaidjan want more.
And both Armenians and Azeris in the region have unhealed wounds after the conflict./HGL
