No, Martin Luther didn't give more centrality to Scripture
He just gave less centrality to basically everything else, except Secular Power.
He did give more centrality to Secular Power, that's for sure.

Unfortunately, I do not consider it impossible that the recently nearly dying man, perhaps better now, has negotiated with Anders Arborelius, pretendedly Catholic bishop over my country, and with Lutherans in the same country, how I should be considered and treated./HGL
