I can recognise their works when I see them. In the late nineties, they stopped ... at one time you could get domestic violence statistics that were broken down by marital status. So, married couple, cohabiting couple, dating couple ... you could see it all broken down. Of course, when you looked at that, you saw that the safest place to be involved with someone was in marriage, right? Not even close, right? Well, at some point they stopped collecting it by marital status, lumped it all together into "partner violence" ... you know, this clearly is deceptive!
