Une certaine philosophe, Mélanie Plouviez, considère que, à neuf mille milliards d'euros, la question est politique.

Fort bien. C'est une occasion de changement politique et de changement en petites échelles. La plupart de ces 9000 milliards ne sont pas CAC 40, il s'agit, en termes des entreprises, une partie de cette somme, plutôt de petites entreprises. Car les grandes ont une structure de propriété désincarnée, découpée de propriétaires individuelles.

Hélas, certains (sur le clip vu sur FB je n'ai pas constaté que c'était le cas pour la philosophe), la chose décisive et, pour eux, mauvaise, est, la perpétuisation des inégalités.

Or, certes il est moins réjouissant d'être employé que d'être patron. Mais l'inégalité n'est pas basé sur la seule inégalité de propriétés, elle l'est surtout sur la concentration de propriété productive. Un employé d'une TPE a plus de proximité avec le patron et donc d'influence sur sa situation, qu'un employé dans un CAC 40.

Et la transmission favorise, comme dit, les petites entreprises, directement quand celles-ci sont transmises, et indirectement quand du patrimoine monétaire sera disponible pour en fonder.

Donc, qui veut égalité, pas comme un idéal obligatoire, mais comme un bien préférable si d'autres choses sont égales, veut petite propriété. Et celui qui veut petite propriété veut cette grande transmission.

Dont moi.

Mais la concentration de la propriété favorise aussi autrement de l'inégalité, d'une manière moins utile encore pour ceux posés en bas. La voici. Une grande entreprise va vouloir bénéficier d'une rationalisation. Et la rationalisation va mettre des gens au chômage. Par rapport à ce genre de production.

Attention, il n'y a pas encore question de chômeurs. Pas mal d'inutiles dans la production agricole ou de nourriture vont trouver des emplois comme restaurateurs ou comme autre choses, en média ou arts.

Mais, tôt ou tard, ceci sursature la capacité d'une société de consommer du luxe, comme des repas en restaurant ou comme des livres, théatres, cinémas, peintures ou disques.

Et alors, ceux qui sont à la fois superflues dans la production de base et dans la production du luxe vont devenir deux classes. Les surveillants et les surveillés.

Si je dis, par rapport à la psychiatrie, qu'elle a un intérêt pour maintenir l'emploi de garder 10 fois trop sous observations ou traitements psychiatriques, les intéressés ne sont pas que les psychiatres et soignants. Non.

La situation hors emploi paraît souvent louche à pas mal, et statistiquement, il y a du vrai. Une personne qui ne travaille ni en ferme, ni en cinéma, il va pas forcément faire du mal. Il pourra râler un peu, mais il pourra rester parfaitement anodin. Sur 1000 personnes, les parfaitement anodins vont pas atteindre tous les 1000, et pas 999 non plus. Et là, certains autres, pas juste les professionnels de la psychiatrie, vont se dire que certains d'entre eux, par exemple ceux qui râlent le plus, devraient être au minimum surveillés.

Pour paraphraser Mélanie Plouviez, sur un râleur chômeur, il y a une question intime de ses libertés, mais sur tellement, bon on n'en a pas encore 9000 milliards en France, ni sur toute la terre, ça devient politique ... ou administratif. Ceci est une forme d'inégalité parfois très insupportable pour celui en dessous, et très rentable, sinon en sous au moins en sens de pouvoir, pour ceux qui se trouvent dessus (qui augmentent aussi). Et elle ne serait pas là avec des entreprises plus petites, plus nombreuses, et donc moins rationalisées, et surtout, elle ne serait pas là en même échelle.

Une autre victime sont des jeunes, qui peuvent se trouver en dehors d'une recherche infructueuse de travail en prolongeant, pas toujours très volontairement leur temps de préparation pour "la vie" (productive et rentable). De là (et aussi de la dénatalité) viennent un déséquilibre entre mentors et mentorés, qui, culturellement, aux États-Unis porte des fruits dans "la mort de l'archetype mentor" (une Snarky Jay venait de comparer un film récent avec la piété réelle vis-à-vis Obi-Wan Kenobi en Star Wars) et en France peut-être plutôt porte des fruits dans le ridicule tourné vers le mauvais mentoré (comme je pense contre un jeune louis XIV dans un film avec aussi une Fronde, un d'Artagnan et un Cyrano de Bergérac).

Or, si le gonflement du corps médical a quelque rapport avec une dénatalité et une population en moyenne plus vieille, et un peu plus marginalement avec la psychiatrie, il est plus grand et a une vrai valeur, pas juste dans l'inégalité. Et parce qu'il est plus grande que les gériatres des EHPAD ou les psychiatres, il s'étudie mieux en statistiques. Je vais comparer les paysans avec les médecins, en France et en Autriche.

No, rather than a privilege I'm asking for, it's the common right of everyone.

Sam Burns obviously doesn't see it like that.

As obviously he doesn't see the debate as a debate.

He sees it as him playing mental caretaker or sth.

Now, if I were begging him, pretty please, for the right to be Young Earth Creationist, he could obviously do what he tried to do after I told him I didn't want his company after he had been unpleasant.

He could take up one aspect I hadn't answered or that the article I referred to hadn't fully answered (I honestly didn't check, the article was about the other part of his question but did mention the river he asked about). And if I didn't produce that, he could do what he did, pretend I hadn't earned the right to be a Young Earth Creationist.

Geology is NOT my speciality. There are Geologists on CMI and AiG, if he needs one, he doesn't need me to be that one.

I also don't need me to be that one. The fact that I dispute the position of CMI on a few points and of AiG on a few points doesn't disqualify myself from relying on them in many other respects, including how a lava flow during the Flood got a river carved into it.

I also don't need to be, for exactly the same reason, an all round expert to have the right to be a Young Earth Creationist writer. I have my few areas of choice, where I think I contributed sth which CMI missed. Like on carbon 14 dating. Like saying plainly and simply that Flood water cooled down lava quickly and trapped Argon thereby offsetting the K/Ar dates, and that this happened more the earlier and the deeper the volcanic eruption was, like it had more and cooler water to cool the lava quickly. Like saying that any given area, we are likely to find one level of land creatures from the Flood, even if that level counts as a "different layer" from the one level 500 yards away.

Or like defending, in connection with my carbon 14 tables, Göbekli Tepe being Nimrod's Babel, a clear tendency outweighing by far vaccillations, and therefore a translation from carbon dates to real Biblical dates being possible, including that whatever year you place Genesis 14, it has a carbon date of 3500 BC, or that Neanderthals carbon date to before the Flood.

Or, for that matter, that the Distant Starlight problem is best answered by Geocentrism and refusing to take Deep Space seriously. Andromeda is a classical name, but the stars in the Andromeda constellation are not in the Andromeda Galaxy (which is only "one of them") and pose no problem to the Biblical chronology. Taking Messier 31 as "another galaxy" and therefore "outside our galaxy" does. That's not warranted by the evidence as a Geocentric can interpret it. Only Heliocentrism triggers a chain reaction to this supposed problem.

I know my limits. Sam Burns had no need to demonstrate them. He has no right to draw the kind of conclusions he wants to draw about them either. My Young Earth Creationism is a position, not a "mental condition", and my claim to write on the topic has validity within the limits I respect. And yes, a real scientist would be so much better equipped to make a carbon 14 table, on the one hand tracing the rise of it as it affects uncalibrated carbon dates, and then taking the calibration into account, for each little available wiggle. But as real scientists refuse to do the work, even answer when I ask them, I have a job. I'd like to get better paid for it, and people like Sam Burns are getting into the way.

A lady who often hands me a coin asked me:

I thought she referred to a man who had been shouting left and right at people and when he finally passed me, I had been hearing him for like 3 minutes, that far he had been heard.

I described him to her.

But, I wondered about that fat Jew in the car, who I think is doing night service at a mental hospital. He got into the car around when that loud man started to be heard, had sight on where I was lying, and could have been watching my reactions. He drove the car away before the man passed.

If he registered my reactions as if I were "hearing voices" I can't swear he was totally honest about that. Looks a bit set up.

And it has for some time seemed to me that either psychiatrists or people with heavy psychiatric interest and general medical connection have been using people I might talk to to keep an eye on me. It started in 2023, a few months before my mother died.

Given the funny looks I have been given yesterday and today and some more, I wonder if someone has gone out through for instance old ladies or people who are actually under official and "consented" medical-psychiatric observation or addictologist one to spread the word they want to spread about me. If an old lady or a known drunkard has told someone something, it's not the shrink that can get sued for calumny. And the person actually blabbing is someone in too pitiful a position for me to sue.

Was the lady referring to hearing that man shout? Or had someone told her I was hearing voices?

I don't know. It is possible the Jew was actually there registering that I was not the one up shouting, which would be an admirable thing, since a Black woman had actually thought that other week that I had been shouting the evening before that day.

Meanwhile, the man when he passed me was shouting things as if trying to rouse the neighbourhood, he was saying things like:

I'm close to the French right as they were in 1990, with some reservations, but it can't be helped, some persons within that movement could be very heavily against me too and trying to discredit me.

The moment for either kind of setup is pretty strategically chosen.

A) I was yesterday and the days up to yesterday doubling down on being Geocentric, and some want to pretend that is some kind of weird mental seizure I go through from time to time, rather than my stable conviction since 2001.*

At the same time, within a week I had a million page views (6 to 12 Aug), and quite a lot of them from Muslim countries, and probably not least from people noticing simply the fact that I have the blog*** and I'm not sure whether the major reaction is being upset or being excited from their part, but even if they aren't upset, when they get excited, often Jews and Christians over here start putting doubts on my loyalties (the man wished his hearers "bonne fête" and turned his back on me, as if not counting me a Catholic). They may, by the way, have been divided, perhaps more sympathisers in Pakistan, perhaps more haters in Uzbekistan.

I'm kind of sorry having to write an article like this on Assumption Feast, but what was the exact verdict in the Machabee time? This verse: And they determined in that day, saying: Whosoever shall come up against us to fight on the sabbath day, we will fight against him: and we will not all die, as our brethren that were slain in the secret places. [1 Machabees 2:41]. I think the Catholic Church has upheld this even in for instance the time of the Crusades. But the right to self defense is not just there if the perpetrator factually is in a situation of self defense, but also when he wrongly thinks he is in such a one. The crime descriptions of the laws in the penal code must indeed always be read with reservations for common grounds of excluding crime, for instance self defense. In the case of intended crimes, it is required that the intent of the perpetrator cover the objective requisites in the crime description. That the crime description is corrected by reservations implies that the requisite of intent is not fulfilled if the perpetrator is convinced that the circumstances involve a reservation being applicable. If the one using force / violence — incorrectly — believes that the circumstances are such as required to the force being unpunished by self defense, he cannot be judged for an intentional crime.

Han har utsatts för misshandel och annan kränkande behandling och förts till doktor T som tidigare utan grund skrivit intyg för tvångsvård och orsakat honom fysisk och psykisk plåga i form av så kallad psykiatrisk vård. Han riskerade nu det som för honom var det värsta som kunde hända, nämligen intagning på psykiatrisk klinik med därav följande misshandel genom tvångsmedicinering. Han måste därför bli fri även om andra människor därvid kom till skada. Psykiatrin var hans huvudfiende och polisen dess hantlangare.		HGL's attitude seems to be, he has not committed a crime, he is not mentally ill, he only wants to live his life in peace. He stated to have perceived the course of events in the following way. After trespass into his home, he was deprived of liberty and violently abducted. He was in the court of appeal reported to have felt severe doubts about his work. I hope that specifically means things like being henchmen of psychiatry. I am not sorry he got a month off duty and I am not sorry he felt doubts about the parts of his work that are objectively bad. If he felt badly treated by being shot at, I have paid it in 2/3 of 3 years and 6 months. Part of which in transfer to — again — forensic psychiatry. Note, transfer, not change of sentence. I was released on 2/3 of my sentence (remaining 1/3 can be added in case of relapse).

I have not left Sweden on the run from the law. I left Sweden to avoid more runins with Swedish psychiatry. And the Swedish society which is without a clue about Catholics, except routine information about run-of-the-mill such, which in Sweden are very adapted, I would say overadapted.

The attitude I had against "help" was due to the fact that I had loyally taken help, as foreseen by the Swedish welfare state, done what the social assistants asked of me, all the time between the death of my grandmother and my post as a temporary teacher of Swedish and German. It had been gruelling as to exhaustion, and it had led me to more and more isolation and to the difficulties heaping up around a village perceiving me as having gone mad.

After the sentence, there was even some doubt whether I would do 2/3 or, as is often, nearly routinely, the case with first time offenders, 1/2 of the time.

And how people with psychiatric interests in my case have been invited to pursue and repursue me even 28 years after my shot at their henchman, and what this has meant to me, amply justifies my assessment that psychiatry was a criminal assault on my freedoms. What the above resumé doesn't account for is, I didn't see one hospitalisation simply as a one time event, I saw it coming after lots less "provocation" on my side than the two previous times. Psychiatry was no longer "acts have consequences" but "even small things and even lack of action can have very huge consequences" ... And 28 years after a single shot that gave a man a month long leave and didn't hurt his head, well, that's as disproportionate as only psychiatry and Orientals can get.

Some want to see me as a "pedophile" ... because the runins with psychiatry started over my one-sided courtship to a girl of then 14 minus a few days. I was heard by the police and I obeyed the police over that affair. The sentence was 800 SEK in "dagsböter" — a fine. My acts don't speak on dangerosity, apart from if threatened by psychiatry. But to some the fact of an attraction which would have been legal if intended conjugal under good Christian rules, argued putting me on some very informal equivalent of a sex offenders watch list. And since I wasn't harshly punished for a sexual offense — the courtship was unwanted and unusual, but apart from that inoffensive — they have wanted mental care to step in, handicap me socially, so that I can never ever again hope for love, other than perhaps as a patient with a patient, with mental care being the fifth wheel in the date.

I have seen too much ruin done by mental care to take such a thing lightly.

Est-ce que votre curé vous a demandé à me regarder comme un platiste un peu refoulé ? Parce que le sale menteur Sébastien Antoni, prétendu Assomptionniste, après que je le taxe d'apostat ou hérétique pour son déni d'un couple Adam et Ève individuels, dans un débat auquel je le cite en ligne, me taxe de platiste.

Ses mots verbatim : "bonne promenade sur ta terre plate" ... aussi, bien entendu, une incitation à rester dans un état (présumé, pas réel) de vagabond. Et puisque le prétendu archevêque ne l'a pas discipliné, vous et votre curé, vous êtes en communion avec lui. Je ne sais pas si l'écrivain à Marianne est en communion avec vous ou avec une forme ou autre de l'Église russe.

Dedans, je me qualifie d'intégriste catholique. Et certains savent que je me qualifie (sans réserve, contrairement au mot Fasciste) de Géocentrique : la Terre est stable, fixe au centre de l'univers entier, ou au moins de l'univers visible, celui-ci tourne chaque jour autour de la Terre, parce que Dieu le tourne, le Soleil, la Lune et certains autres astres font des rétards parce que les anges qui les font bouger les mettent dans une balade autour du Zodiac dans l'autre sens.

L'éther qui est pour moi un candidat pour ce que la Genèse appelle le firmament, qui est la substance d'espace, donc le lieu de localité, le médium des vecteurs, et qui a une solidarité des parties rappelant celle d'un solide sans être un solide, est chaque jour mû par Dieu autour de nous, en presque 24 h, soit en 23 h 56 min 4.0905 s. L'éther meut le Soleil avec lui, sauf pour le déplacement du Soleil dedans, ce déplacement comportant un apogée et un périgée solaires (nommés par héliocentriques aphélium et perihélium) et dans les deux autres dimensions, une ellipse autour du zodiac qui prend 366 et un peu moins qu'un quart des jours sidéréaux ou 365 et un peu moins qu'un quart des jours solaires. Et c'est un ange qui meut le soleil de cet autre mouvement.

Ceci, à part des questions de précision, et à part que St. Thomas d'Aquin posait que la sphère des étoiles fixes mouvrait la sphère du soleil par friction entre solides, à travers les étapes sphères de Saturne, Jupiter, Mars, est la vue de St. Thomas d'Aquin sur jour et nuit et sur les saisons. Je la partage.

St. Thomas d'Aquin, comme moi-même, on tient que la Terre, en tant que corps dans l'espace, est ronde. Un globe. Une sphère remplie de matière (sauf le creux dans le centre même qui abrite l'Enfer). Cette position n'a rien à voir avec le platisme.

Mais certains voudraient la faire avoir quelque chose avec. Genre, un certain Anarchiste, ex-Communiste, ayant été flic colonial et sdf en travail chez les restaurants, un certain George Orwell, écrivit un jour un roman, et ce roman fait figurer un autre livre. 1984 implique l'existence d'un livre laissé en arrière par Goldstein, et dans ce livre, Goldstein en tenant d'une Terre ronde (correcte) et de l'Heliocentrisme (incorrecte) s'insurge contre le dictat politique de croire en Terre plate et Géocentrisme. Donc, Orwell, à travers son porteparole Goldstein, lie les deux questions. En soi, elles ne sont pas liées.

J'ai vue l'article de Marianne. N° 1524. Par Vladimir de Gmeline, qui semble être petit-fils d'un Vladimir Vassilievietch de GMELINE, sans doute exilé après la Révolution. Puisque l'article contient une citation de Michaël Stora, que de Gmeline semble prendre pour un expert, c'est à dire un oracle de Delphes, car la question est inaccessible à l'observation directe et donc à la science (dans le sens de St. Thomas), citons d'abord celui-ci :

Pour un psychanalyste, le mot "toute-puissance" peut être un terme banalisé, comme les explication du syndrome d'Œdipe, mais comme ces explications évoqueraient pour quelqu'un non initié une volonté d'inceste, ainsi le mot "toute-puissance" évoquerait un délire de grandeur. La pseudo-prophétie sous couvert de pseudo-science aggresse les platistes. Et en quoi ça me concerne, n'étant pas moi-même platiste ? Je vais à de Gmeline :

À une lecture hâtive (peut-être à une lecture meilleure aussi, pas encore faite), de Gmeline n'expàlique jamais, grand jamais, que le géocentrisme et l'héliocentrisme (prôné dans une forme très non-moderne par Copernic et Galilée, qui semblent avoir cru dans la sphère des étoiles fixes, incompatible depuis 1838 avec le géokinétisme) sont totalement un autre débat.

Non, il se hâte à dire que la Terre Plate n'a jamais été enseigné par l'Église de manière autotitative. Et tait que, le Géocentrisme, par contre, oui.

Peut-être est-il comme l'exilé l'était probablement, Orthodoxe russe en quelque déclinaison (Patriarcat de Moscou, Hors Frontières, rue Daru). Alors il se fiche du décret de Pape Urbain VIII de répandre le jugement de 1633 dans le monde Catholique entier, et il se permet à ne pas tenir compte de St. Robert Bellarmin.

Peut-être est-il Vatican-Deux-iste, et donc pour lui, un Saint Cardinal comme Robert Bellarmin serait dépassé par un "saint pape" (ni ni) comme Wojtyla, en 1992.

Dans les deux cas, et encore d'autres pensables, il pense faire du bien en passant l'éponge, moyennant le non-platisme de l'Église, sur le géocentrisme de celui-ci. Et pour les Catholiques encore géocentriques, il ne se gêne pas (comme le fourbe Sébastien Antoni) de le jeter en pâture aux psychoanalystes et aux psychiatres éventuellent aussi. Car la France, comme la Suède, a une psychiatrie fort proche de celle de Khrouchtchev, c'est à dire, politisée, capable de prendre pour délire des questions de visions du monde.

Délire, exemple classique. L'Empereur François Joseph visite un asyle de fous. Il serre la main d'un patient, se présentant comme "der Kaiser" et reçoit la réponse "oh, je le croyais aussi, quand j'arrivais" ... l'homme qui se prenait pour l'Empereur avait dedans un délire. Autre exemple classique. Un certain pauvre, dont la fille absente en faisant carrière, imagine qu'elle soit devenue princesse d'un pays qu'on peut traduire comme "Portugaule" ... en ayant aquis qu'il sera lui-même l'Empereur du "Portugaule" ... autre exemple. Les 4 As ont affaire avec un homme qui se prend pour Napoléon (I), dans Les 4 as et l'aéroglisseur. Pour l'info, je ne me prend pas pour Napoléon I^er, je me prend pour Doct, un peu doublé de Bouffi.

En aucun de ces cas, on n'est dit "souffrir un délire" parce qu'on croit que Dieu existe, parce qu'on croit que les anges existent, parce qu'on croit que Jésus est ressuscité ou parce qu'on croit que la Terre a 6000—7500 ans. Ni parce qu'on croit qu'elle bouge ou parce qu'on croit qu'elle ne bouge pas. Ni parce qu'on attribue son immobilité et la mobilité d'autres choses plus grandes à Dieu et aux anges. Par contre, dans une psychiatrie soviétique, ceci serait un dérive trop crédible, qui s'est déjà fait. Et pour des psychiatres suédois, le fait de dire "une culture non-chrétienne est influencée par les démons" serait l'équivalent d'un complotisme énorme, puisque la méchanceté des démons, invisibles, ne serait pas à distinguer d'une méchanceté secrète des gens non-chrétiens eux mêmes.

En revanche, la question se pose sous deux angles. Point commun : le Terre ne peut pas être stable et le Soleil et l'univers pas en train de circuler autour, si masses, gravitation, inertie sont les seules facteurs, sans d'acteur volontaires. De là on peut raissonner, soit "or, il n'y a pas d'acteurs volontaires à cette échelle, donc la physique newtonienne fait que la Terre bouge, même si nous voyons l'inverse" soit "or, nous voyons que la Terre est stable et que l'univers bouge autour, donc un acteur, ou plusieurs acteurs coordonnés par un seul acteur, fait bouger l'univers ou font bouger les astres autour de nous". Cet acteur capable à mouvoir l'univers autour de nous, tout le monde s'accorde à l'appeler Dieu.

Et quand à "toute-puissance de l'imaginaire contre le réel" ça commence quand des héliocentriques commencent à faire de la pub contre notre vue commune des choses en faisant appel à la perspective alternative des éventuels habitants d'autres corps célestes. Genre, Kepler dans Le Songe ou l'Astronomie lunaire ou Euler dans Lettres à une princesse prusse.

J'arrive au commissarait le même soir. Là, on me demande de, d'abord, prendre un certificat de blessure à l'hôpital.

Sur le certificat, la docteure (nom de famille non français) marque :

"ne se rappelle pas bien de la situation"

Faux, je ne l'avait pas dit. Par contre, la situation, je la considérais un truc pour la police, pas une chose pour la docteure. La seule chose que j'avais dit dans ce sens est de ne pas me rappeler où l'agresseur m'avait frappé. En effet, ça allait trop vite.

Le lendemain, je suis au commissariat. On me laisse attendre une heure. Un jeune fait l'interrogation. Il s'agit d'une telle, je n'arrive pas à faire dix mots sans qu'il demande une clarification. Un plus vieux, Musulman (de son adhérence communautaire) était passé avant.

Le résultat de cette prise de plainte est brouillé. Ce dont je me rappelle, comme la veste blanche qu'il avait sur son sac, le policier le bafoue tandis que je cherche le mot "veste" ... tout ce qui importe est ce qu'il portait sur le haut quand il me frappait. Si je me rappelle pas bien de ça, alors, encore une fois, probablement, je ne me "rappelle pas bien de la situation." Je ne vois pas d'autre intérêt de me traiter comme ça.

Il demande mon courrier. Notons, je donne celui que j'utilise pour correspondance. Ici, une fois que je déconnecte, impossible pour se reconnecter. Le plus probable est, on fait un test, si j'arrive à écrire mes blogs sans que quelqu'un me les dicte par courriel. Précisément le soupçon constant et irrationnel des Musulmans dans le quartier, y compris jusqu'au commissariat. Pour répondre au soupçon, j'ai pu en temps réel faire les commentaires sous vidéo ou statut FB et débats marqués sur ces posts :

Pour eux (=nous), le pape doit défendre la vérité catholique

À l'oral, je suis déconstruit et démoralisé, voir traumatisé, je me laisse interrompre, à l'écrit, je sais me défendre. L'agent de police m'a pris à l'oral. Il n'a pas utilisé le courriel pour me recontacter.

Il construit une chose négative de mon absence de mention pendant l'interrogatoire que je faisais. Il marque sur la plainte :

"il n'y avait pas de témoins"

Faux. S'il m'avait permis de donner le récit sans de l'interrompre tous les cinq ou dix ou quinze mots, avec une question, j'aurais peut-être pu donner les info pas juste correctes, mais correctement compréhensibles. À mon arrivé, il y avait cinq personnes avant moi, dont l'aggresseur, qui me ciblait déjà comme personne suspecte. Il absentait du sas, deux sont entrés dans la douche, restaient donc deux avant moi, ensuite trois, quand il revenait, et ensuite un ou deux sont rentrés au sas avant les faits.

Quand il lit la plainte, il la lit à voix indistincte, je signe sans avoir entendu cette ligne là. Commode de m'avoir fait "avaliser" ça, si on n'avait pas envie d'entendre les témoins qu'il y avait.

Avec sa tactique, pas de possibilité de même évoquer l'éventualité d'une cabale musulmane. Pourtant, la douche de mon quartier avait d'accueillants musulmans, dont au moins un Kabyle. Ils me donnent souvent une cabine insalubre. Pour éviter ça, je préfère cette autre douche, et là, l'incident aurait tendance de m'intimider d'aller dans la douche avec du bon accueil et avec des accueillants antillais, au moins en partie. Les insultes correspondent assez bien à ce qui me semble être une présupposition chez pas mal de Musulmans dans le quartier.

Et un certain frange non-musulmane semble de prendre le fait que je me gratte les poux morts et les lentes qui se détachent comme du comportement auto-lésionnel. Pour moi, même au prix d'une petite lésion de la peau ou du cuir chevelu, même au pris d'un petit saignement, ça vaut le coup d'un côté de ne pas avoir un gros truc de 5*5*5 mm pendant la guérison, d'autre côté de ne pas avoir une lente peut-être en vie, et qui pourrait devenir un poux. On m'a sabordé la guérison de poux, y compris avec du mauvais accueil aux douches, y compris en me fermant une douche quelques minutes avant la fermeture officielle ou en me disant qu'une douche était fermée la Veille de Pentecôte l'année passée tandis que c'était marqué qu'elle était ouverte, sur le site. Quel rapport avec le commissariat ? J'avais une peigne à poux en métal en entrant et avant l'entretien avec l'agent pour la plainte, je me rends compte qu'elle est disparue. Deux possibilités, on me l'avait enlevé pendant la fouille de détecteur de métal, ou l'homme qui était assis à côté de moi l'avait pris quand j'étais assoupi.

Car, oui, les poux, ça épuise. On n'a pas un plein niveau d'energie quand chaque jour vous perdez des centimètres cubiques de tissu aux poux. D'où l'intérêt de certains de m'empêcher de m'en débarasser. On me préfère fatigué, de certains côtés. Quand je sortais du commissariat, j'ai demandé si l'agent qui m'avait laissé entrer avait cette peigne à poux, et, non, ce n'était pas le cas.

Il semble que des médecins, qui ont géré une persécution avec les Musulmans, aimeraient à tout prix me priver de faire entendre et punir le mal qui a été fait. Si l'aggresseur est simplement hospitalisé, il est soustrait aux questions pourquoi il m'avait déjà à mon arrivé pris pour un mauvais type (quand il s'absentait, il me disait de ne pas toucher ses choses) et ceux qui lui avaient sans doute possible parlé de moi peuvent se cacher sous la réputation qu'un "fou" a agressé un possible autre "fou" ... qu'ils n'avaient pas suffisamment détruit pour qu'il se fasse soigner.

Il y a un réseau qui pense :

• que je gagne ma vie en prostitué ;
• que je reste Catholique (voire y suis retourné en 2009) parce que enculé ;
• que je me drogue, enivre, automutile, fait des nuits blanches par angoisse ;
• que tout ce que j'écris est l'œuvre de ChatGPT ou de nègres littéraires qui me préfèrent comme façade que de le dire sous leur propre nom ;
• que, dans le cas contraire, au minimum les positions que je défend soient devenu les miennes à cause d'un matracage sectaire, comme en ont la réputation les T. de J., mais version catholique ou catholisante ;

Chaque phrase est fausse. Car :

• quand il ne s'agit pas d'argent de la Suède (bienfaiteur ou frère, avant deux fois une déjà défunte grande-mère), je fais la démarche que je fis en chanteur de rue : j'offre, j'attends, certains donnent sans de prendre (musique alors et lien internet maintenant), certains prennent et ne donnent pas, certains prennent et donnent ;

• je n'ai pas passé le joint même après 2006, quand j'arrête encore une fois à fumer, sans d'arriver a récupérer ma voix, et à part deux ivresses en 2010 (pour sortir d'une colère blanche et encore chez les mêmes personnes en respect de leur hospitalité), je n'ai pas fait usage immodéré de l'alcool depuis mon arrivée à Paris ;
• ce que j'écris est composé de 1) mes propos, 2) propos d'auteurs que je cite pour les commenter, 3) propos de la wikipédia, commentés ou mis en cento, 4) propos de gens avec qui j'ai fait des débats ;
• le matracage sectaire que j'ai subi n'a pas été catholique et ne m'a pas convaincu, comme ce matracage que je viens de subir dans le quartier, mais un citoyen suédois, parfaitement scandinave, proche des franc-maçons et socialement mieux placé que moi en Suède, il m'avait pris comme cible de ce soupçon bien avant les Musulmans que j'ai rencontrés en dehors de la Suède, car j'avais des réponses déjà faites à ses arguments, et pour lui, je devais les avoir eues par matracage, impossible que je me serais un seul moment senti matraqué par ses positions, ou que je note les bonnes réponses à des questions ou arguments souvent répétés ;
• avoir ma vie détruite par des soignants me paraît quasi autant cauchemardesque que ça l'était pour la pauvre Noelia. Différence notable, je ne me permettrais pas de demander le suicide assisté ou l'aide à mourir.

Tout d'abord, secourir un enfant (ou un adulte) contre la psychiatrie, c'est en soi une bonne chose.

Ensuite, certains le font d'une manière qu'ils semblent considérer le concerné comme quand même malade mental, juste qu'ils doivent faire mieux que la psychiatrie. Si ce qui se passait selon le second morceau est exact, c'est peut-être comme ça qu'a agi le père. Et parfois ils font pire, au moins en partie.

De l'autre côté, parfois la psychiatrie a tellement de besoin de prestige qu'elle invente des misères pour justifier son intervention.

Je ne prétend pas savoir quelle est la vérité entre ces deux scénarios. Par contre, j'aimerais savoir que l'hôpital de Mulhouse ne prolonge pas la prise en charge outre mesure. Est-ce que la mère est incapable ou juste censée "incapable" de s'occuper des trois ?

Are There Jews Among My Enemies? I Think So. Trad Catholics Too.

I am a writer. I spend hours each day, sometimes each night, before a computer to find things to react to and to write about. And then some hours writing and researching or calculating, and then writing. If I were writing a realistic novel, I would still need some research for the setting or plot points. While engaged in Chronicle of Susan Pevensie, I made sure to find a peppermint that's no longer produced. If I tried a high fantasy, with no realistic setting, I'd need to do things like keeping track of the phases of the moon, as Tolkien did. But as an essayist, I need research for every piece of 700 words. And it is often random.

I have also since c. 1 month after October 7th 2023 had a lice infestation in my scalp.*

I have also had quite a lot of hustle last month, given the place where I keep my stuff was needed to shoot film footage.

I have also, each day, too many people who pass, just say hello or "how are you?" and don't allow me to ignore them, but neither allow me a decent conversation. This makes it mentally painful or at least awkward to stay around too long, while awake and not engaged in eating or sewing.

There are people who harass me about the other aspects of hygiene, like the steps up to the stone slabs being stepped on, or me keeping plastic bottles that are empty. To their mind, my primary duty is to the eyes of those passing, and to their poking concerns about me. No. It isn't.

A lady who had often been gentle, who seems to fit the stereotype of an Ashkenaz gentle woman, spoke, today, about me living in squalour. Suggesting I should get to a homeless shelter, meaning a 24 / 24 shelter. There is one, to a high degree used by migrants from outside the EU, in the vicinity. People from it have been bothering me in the past. Basically suggesting that me saying "no thanks" to their services is a kind of self destructivity. On the contrary. Accepting to move in with them would be self destructive. Here is what we are talking about:

• a collective place with lots of noise
• many of them Orientals or Black Africans
• a fair portion of them being alcoholics
• a few years ago, there was a lice infestation there
• and a few years ago, perhaps before that, there was a Lithuanian who got murdered, presumably not by other East Europeans, but by someone from areas where Europeans can be regarded as ex-Colonisers or as Racist.

On top of that, all of it has to function tolerably despite of all this meaning there are supervisor who presumably have some kind of psychological, perhaps added to psychiatric training.

Such people would not be asking how well I do my job as a writer, which is totally outside their scope, they would be asking how well I fit in into the facility or how well I cooperate with their plans for my integration, which is a very disastrous priority for people exercising powers over me, given mine own. That's why they shouldn't exercise power over me.

On top of that, part of the issue is, there are people who believe in "continuity of care" when it comes to the homeless. There are people who believe that BECAUSE I've been homeless for long, I SHOULD pass through a halfway house of some sort before having my normal existence. To me such ideas is one of the reasons I even considered not backing Trump in last year's election. It's a kind of Communism. Housing first is a decent option even for people "with problems" as the saying goes, and definitely not a "luxury" or "special treatment" which would drain the resources of society to apply to all.

But in my case I'm not even proposing housing first. I'm proposing the plan of:

• getting paid for my work as a writer
• getting friends from my work as a writer
• paying my debts to the Swedish study loan system from my income as a writer
• paying rent from my income as a writer.

And here I think there are Jews who pretend I somehow got involved with Nazi ideology, though I'm actually an Austro-Fascist (no, it's not the same thing), or pretty much of one, at least a nostalgic one. There are Jews who pretend I'm a ueful idiot for Jew-haters, because I'm pro-Palestinian. There are Jews who think I betrayed a Jewish childhood faith, while my childhood faith was actually first Scientific and then Christian, and never exclusively Jewish. There are Jews who pretend they can accept me being Christian, but can't get over me being Catholic, or who pretend they can accept me being Catholic, but can't get over me being Trad.

I think they have for absurdly long hoped I would change, have supported me with that idea at the back of their mind, and obviously given an impression of me being much more directly involved in accepting their support than I was, so I lost on support from Trads, and who are now dropping me. And hoping Trads (who are ultimately probably likeliker than they to print what I wrote the past decades) won't be as quick picking me up as they are dropping me.

Meanwhile, Trads have been suspicious of me for reasons like:

• I'm known to be roughly speaking for the late Mgr. Williamson (who is a convert from Anglicanism, who to some is suspect of never having become a Catholic, who also allowed two priests to pass through who turned out to be vicious)
• like Williamson, I'm a fan of Tolkien and of C. S. Lewis (the latter never converted to the Catholic Church and some have imagined he's a relative of Lewis Carroll, or that his fandom for the latter proves more than he was an Englishman and grew up as an English boy)
• I'm pro-Ukraine and anti-Russian in cases of conflict, including the still ongoing war (a Swedish loyalty dating since Charles XII, and a Finnish one too)
• I refuse to buy some of the Russian propaganda that others are naive of (Ukrainian is a language about as far from Russian as Dutch from English or German, Finland was attacked by Stalin, and as they aren't Russians Finns definitely had other reasons than National Socialism to oppose him)
• I promote positions that Russian propaganda and French Conservative secularists have been painting as "Zionist Christian / Islamic" (Young Earth Creationism, Geocentrism, Biblical "Litteralism" on the doctrinal level, homeschooling, teen marriages, freedom to dress as one likes, including for but not limited to Muslims on the practical level)
• I promote a position shared by the late Williamson, and that Russian propaganda and French Conservative secularists have been painting as Scientology, namely opposition to modern psychiatry.

Obviously 18th C. psychiatry was more brutal, but it concerned lots fewer people. By now it has become a kind of Bastille, with lettres de cachet. Sure, in the case of Mary of Portugal and George III it was probably more political than medical, but back then, that was for heads of state. Or very important people. By now, it could very easily make someone feel more important than he is, because of the intense focus, and then turn around and consider his feeling of importance show's he needs psychiatry. The equivalent of constantly making someone angry and then using the anger to prove he needs the "amateur psychiatry" of the bullies.

And lots of people have some motive to bring them in. Muslims have found me congenial and would like to convert me ... except they've tried for since 2009, when I came to Paris. Some even believed I was in St. Nicolas du Chardonnet primarily for siding with Pied-Noirs (French-Algerians) and wondered why I took sides in a conflict that basically didn't concern me. Perhaps if Algerians were kind to me, I'd be Muslim instead? Well ... no. Protestants have felt encouraged to my fidelity to the Bible in defending Young Earth Creationism ... and feel puzzled when I think Catholic Mariology is Biblical and Protestantism isn't. Jews have heard exaggerated stories about the Jewishness of my early years, asked themselves what they did wrong, hoped to get a reaction like from the chess player Pope in one of their fairy tales ... but when this doesn't happen, they may, some of them, start to wonder what's wrong with me, instead. Some seem to think Christianity can only be kept up by a state of hypnosis (like when Sir Hiss hypnotised Richard the Lion-Heart to go on a Crusade in a Disney-fied version of Robin Hood) and when the stress level makes me eager to get some hypnosis just to not go nuts from stress, they imagine I need to be protected from that, if only, then perhaps I could ditch Christianity. Well ... no.

Plus, to some, getting me into the social role of a mental case (like a person people have to take responsibility for, since not taking his own responsibilities) obviously is a huge boon to whoever wants my online writings to stay out of print. In the past week, I had 204 page views from France, 356 from Russia, which has, shall we say, probably less freedom of speech and of media than France.

What was the Real Problem?

Was she forced there? Would she have been alive otherwise?

Did she really need it, or was a diagnosis over-dramatising what in other circumstances than modern psychiatry would have been labelled "throwing a tantrum" or some feminine stuff? I've noted, psychiatry seems to discriminate against women. Or "for" if you consider diagnosis as a benefit, but that's purely theoretical to the advantage of caregivers who wouldn't like to lose patients.

No, I don't mean they say "if we keep this man, or woman, we get ten € more per day", I rather mean the criteria by which they keep a man or woman and the ones by which they didn't keep the woman or man 60 years ago (DSMH is growing thicker!) make a difference between keeping c. 100 % and keeping only 5—10 % ... and that would affect their work opportunities.

Politics, Mental Stress, Culture?

Tyler was close to a transsexual. Robin was himself a somewhat recovering transsexual.

Extreme gender dysphoria seems to be mentally debilitating, to oneself and surroundings.

However, both in the case of Tyler's roommate and in the case of Robin (just a weird fluke if Tyler's last name is Robinson?), the condition had gone on for some years. Meaning it had been observed by psychiatrists, diagnosed by psychiatrists and handled by psychiatrists. These people aren't themselves gender dysphoric (usually), but partly, they would tend to be overprotective to gender dysphorics, partly, they could be politically against people like Charlie Kirk or institutions like a Catholic school for other reasons.

Before Robert Westman and Tyler Robinson's roomate became gender dysphoric, they had gone to school. In Westman's case partly, but not exclusively at the Catholic school ... at which, in seventh grade, he didn't fit in and maybe shouldn't have been accepted. Praising Hitler (except his talents as a painter), as he did in grade seven, is hardly the best way to get on with Catholics who are faithful to Mit brennender Sorge.

I don't think mental states involved in dysphoria (or living with a such) are exclusive to the temptations that Tyler and Robert ... or Robin ... faced. Psychiatry and a very collective school environment have done their toll. THere was, if not a political affiliation, a culture that was there. Not sure if extreme gender dysphoria could even exist without it./HGL

In Some Jurisdictions, Having Sex with a Girl Age 14 is a Crime

I'd actually agree. If you had in Spain, in the 16th C. sex with an unmarried girl of 14, it was a crime. It was also one you could give amends for by marrying her.

The jurisdictions that put the age of consent above 14, which they shouldn't, typically also make it banned marrying girls that age, so they make marriage illegal at that age.

When you are not married, you should not have sex.

I have defended a couple where the local Imam braved the Swedish law, marrying a man of 24 to a girl of 14. Neither of them was as far as I know baptised, so the Muslim marriage was a naturally valid marriage. When she gave birth after 15, but well before 15 and 9 months, Swedish medical bureaucracy figured out she had been made pregnant at 14, contacted law enforcement, he was sent to gaol for two years or so, she was kept in a kind of orphanage (barn- och ungdomshem) or borstal, until she was 18. After that, they both went to Morocco and continued married life. I did defend them, not because I'm a Muslim, but because I think the law is bad.

Some think "that's a great law" ... unfortunately, that law became such in many if not all states in the early 1900's along with some other evil legislation, like eugenics, which was fortunately taken away in the 1970's. This kind of law, unfortunately, was not. Yes, it's bad on its own too. While it is a minority of abortions that are due to the mother being young, that minority is symbolically important.

Just as, overall, abortion and sodomy are a minority of the acts by which people having sex or having had sex avoid becoming parents, but their acceptance is symbolically important. So also, abortions of minors are symbolically important within abortions. We should not justify them. We should not justify a woman suffering from tokophobia having an abortion, and we should also not justify parents having vicarious tokophobia on behalf of a 14 year old or even younger daughter to push her to abortion.

In Italy, at any rate under Mussolini, 14 was the limit of age of consent. This did not just go for sex, but for abortion too. A woman above 14 aborting on her own got 1 to 4 years, or with medical help, she and the medical personnel both got between 2 and 5 years. However, if she was under 14, whoever pushed her to have an abortion (which she could not legally consent to) would incur 6 to 12 years. SO, the first principle here is, abortion is an evil act, and teen pregnancies are not a valid reason for abortion. Teen pregnancies are a valid reason to get married, and so also teens should be able to marry and have children insofar as their circumstances allow. And I mean both between them and with people above 18. Above the age of normal legal marriage, no age disparity is banned in the Christian jurisdictions I'm aware of. Only when it comes to sex in premarital age of one participant, there are in some "Romeo and Juliet clauses" very ill named. Not only was Juliet 14, but Romeo was fullgrown enough to kill a man in a duel, which a 14 or even 16 year old boy wouldn't have been. Duelling was illegal, by the way, but it was done anyway.

That Romeo would seem to have been 10 years older didn't seem to bother the Franciscan friar who (prior to the Council of Trent) married them in secret, without public bans. The council banned marriages contracted in secret from validity. This involves both marriages with only the contrahents, and marriages with a priest but no witnesses, as was the case with that conducted by Friar Laurence.

So, I would agree that a man having sex with a 14 year old girl would be committing a crime. I would not agree he would be committing a heinous crime or a perverted act (unless he used condoms, which is a perverted act, but that has nothing to do with age or age disparity). 2 years ago, I commented on a video, where a pastor was saying about a person who was married to a girl he had had sex with when she was 14 that he needed to be watched, because he had committed an act which the pastor considered extremely predatory.

So, I took offense at this pastor's advice, and two of my comments are simply under the video:

12:14 If the man's daughter is baptised, if the son in law is baptised, you are counselling that man to under certain circumstances destroy a Christian marriage.

13:19 I'm very glad the daughter didn't get into a relation with the brother of her husband ...

12:14 and 13:19 are timesstamps where I stopped to comment. Another comment of mine came under this comment, by a man:

As a Christian man I 100% believe in 2nd chances and forgiveness in saying that child molesters are a special kind of people you just can't trust at all around children ever.

I observed that at 14 she was legally a minor in her jurisdiction, but not a child. Not physically, obviously, but also not mentally, unless she had Down's syndrome, which the context showed she hadn't. There is a certain brain maturity that sets in around 25 years old, and it's obviously not that maturity which is required to consent to marriage, or, very imprudently, to sex before marriage.

I'm still getting replies. The latest is from today:

It is from a woman. Most of the comments I got that adverse were from women. I observed, as per above, I know that at 14 one is not a child, that it is probably a sexual crime in her jurisdiction, but all jurisdictions don't agree. And I felt sorry she was so easily scared. And overestimating the unity of all of mankind with her and against me.

I do not recommend to have sex before marriage, so I'm not pushing for just accepting people who did and that with 14 year old girls, but I do push for being more forgiving if they actually show an inclination to marry who they were doing something with. If they are faithful ... or in the case of the person discussed in the video, if their fidelity is deliberately being made more painful than marital fidelity should be.

Now, I don't think all of my readers through the States are this kind of easily shocked women, at least I hope not, but I think it is very probable that those who interfere in France about my situation are, and in Hong Kong and UK, the percentage would be higher:

Ironic the number for France is so reduced, given I'm actually in France. Rowling made an oblique reference to an English law making sex under 13 illegal as to consent, in the 19th C. Perhaps the long delay before you can no longer kill an unborn baby in the Netherlands has to do with pushing any girl who had sex under 18 and got pregnant to have an abortion, or every second girl ... in Italy, her parents would have got 6 to 12 years in prison for that. So would the parents, perhaps boyfriend and teachers of a 13 year old girl who was trying hard for five weeks to defend the life of her child, and was finally pushed to "consent" to the crime. It was in the papers between 2000 and 2003 or very early 2004, in Sweden. Including a paper that's offered for free, which I picked up.

There are obviously Swedes who want my skin because I defended the Moroccan couple and condemned the pressure on a 13 year old to abort. Even if that's before 2004, even if it involved no criminal condemnation against me, nor charge, nor even suspicion. Just as there are Americans who resent a comment I made two years ago, pretend I'm a scary sicko, imagine they are calling me to repent from something as grave as or graver than sodomy, because, there is a certain glorification of psychiatry. Normal criminal justice is content when someone has done the time. Perhaps for some time also being on a register. Whether it's forever or for some time. Always supposing there was an actual crime. But the kind of people who run psychiatry want to pursue and pursue and pursue, regardless of how long afterwards and even if there was no actual crime. And yes, to some of them, only a very perverted pedophile could consider a person of age 14 as being able to validly consent to sex. So, my value proves, to them, their suspicion about me. It doesn't occur to them that in strict medical definitions pedophilia means an exclusive attraction to persons below the age of puberty.

Why exactly? In fact, this law put marital age two years above puberty ... well, look at

Can. 160.
§ 2. Legitime damnati° de delictis cum impuberibus°° commissis, stupro violento, sodomia, incestu, lenocinio, ipso facto infames sunt infamia iuris, praeter alias poenas quas Ordinarius infligendas indicaverit.

So, the Catholic assessment is, you are a lifelong official lowlife (only the Pope can absolve you) if you have committed a crime with a boy under 14 or a girl under 12 and have been legitimately condemned for that. I think that kind of lowlife is what is usually referred to as pedophile or more precisely pedo-criminal.

Obviously the infamy does not follow if there is just a shrink making an assessment of your inclination, or a hysteric and non-Catholic US American doing so, or even less from actually defending the position of the Catholic Church over the ages.

Return to Friar Laurence. Encyclopedia Britannica reads, in the part available as preview:

I think those people are very far out in calling Friar Laurence a fool. He was dissuading from suicide, alas in vain as it turned out. His plan to make them successfully escape may have had holes in it, but the actual idea of making an escape to marry (against the wishes of the parents) is also found in Place Royale, a comedy by Corneille. The nobler couple has the lover tell his beloved she should become a nun. The more down to earth escape, are married by a Jesuit priest and the parents accept that.

To get back to the topic of lying with someone you are not married to, if you refused to then marry the woman who had been a girl up to you, you could get executed. This is the plot of two plays based on a current event, and both are called The Mayor of Zalamea (I have a tendency, alas, to confuse them with Fuente Ovejuna ... also two plays, also by the same two playwrights). We don't know whether it's Zalamea de la Serena in Extremadura or Zalamea la Real in Huelva. So, we cannot exactly pinpoint the current event (unlike with Fuente Ovejuna, which took place in a night in April of 1476 in a place now called Fuente Obejuna, in Córdoba). Again, the problem isn't the age of the mayor's daughter, she was "pubes", the problem was 1) getting to the act before the wedding, 2) doing it with a girl up to then a virgin, 3) refusing to marry the virgin you had deflourished.

Given that in for instance today's France, doing it with a 14 year old girl would automatically involve getting to the act before the wedding and automatically involve then not marrying her (because France wouldn't allow it), I can obviously not say it wouldn't be criminal. But it wouldn't be a crime with a prepuberty child, and the qualifier child doesn't apply to minors above puberty.

So, is Brittany Page on the right side? No.

She has a sign saying "Keep Abortion Legal" ... right now both sides of the US culture war are supporting some evil.

And both sides hanker back to the Soviet Union. In 1917, or soon after, Lenin legalised abortion on demand. So, the US left hankers back to Lenin. But all through Stalinism (and starting with Lenin, unless it's because people were in his day likelier to be killed in battle or shot) and to the time of the Perestroika and probably beyond, mental health institutions have been abusive. So, Trumpism also hankers back to Lenin. At least right now.

There was this video about some mental health abuse in France. Someone commented "but there is this thing with genes ..." OK, Lenin was a eugenicist. The programme of direct eugenics was not started but prepared under him, it was discontinued through Stalin and Lysenko, but Russians to this day have a heavy eugenic prejudice. Eugenics wasn't in its direct form discontinued because it was impopular (as it became in Sweden or Canada by the 1970's and in Germany 1945, thanks Patton!), it was discontinued because Lysenko considered it unscientific (and we are thankful for his incompetence allowing some common sense observations to shine through which would have perhaps been stifled by a solid aura of expertise) and because Stalin considered it bourgeois. Soviet mental hospitals made up for the loss of direct power over some people's reproductive organs by power over their occasions of using them.

And it's horrifying for me as an Anticommunist, and indeed I have called myself Fascist for pretty long, to see right wing populists do this evil Soviet thing.

Just as I would be horrified if Brittany Page when successfully fighting it, incidentally opened up Planned Parenthood all over the country as well.

Each side wants some abusive power for doctors, and recall, the thing that set National Socialist Germany off from Fascist Italy at the start was, NS Germany set out to make a dictatorship for doctors. In Graz, recent years, a grave stone was discovered to have a swastika. The honours were granted to the man after the Einmarsch, and he had been killed when trying an insurrection against Dollfuss or Schuschnigg. The man had been a doctor. They had a tendency to prefer Nazis over Austrofascists.

And one reason why NSDAP from the start was so steeped in medical dictatorship is, it's a Soviet thing, and Hitler was part of a very ephemeral Soviet government in Munich (not quite as ephemeral as the beer hall Putsch). Or two or three. Eisner, Leviné and so ...

Eugenics as well as the overdoing of mental health services, institutionalising as well as aborting, has to end.
